- • Work directly with the Founder to drive U.S. market entry, from early strategy to hands-on execution of market-specific initiatives.
- • Build and execute the company’s initial hiring plans, including sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions.
- • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating investor conversations, and managing follow-through on commitments.
- • Establish A1’s operational presence in the U.S., including setting up office infrastructure, selecting vendors, and defining the initial operating structure.
- • Drive external positioning by supporting PR initiatives, cultivating key partnerships, and managing critical external relationships.
- • Turn ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across teams.
- • Act as a central operator across the organization, tracking priorities, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and pushing progress on time-sensitive initiatives.
- • Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and ownership, without requiring detailed direction.
- • Operate independently in a high-ambiguity environment, making decisions with incomplete information and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
- • Serve as an extension of the Founder, taking ownership of the highest-priority initiatives spanning hiring, operations, fundraising, and market expansion.
- • Maintain clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders, external partners, and internal teams to align on goals and outcomes.
- • Ensure consistent follow-through and delivery on commitments, demonstrating high reliability in fast-moving, high-stakes contexts.
- • Contribute to building the company’s first operating systems and processes to scale efficiently as the organization grows.
- • Collaborate in a small, high-talent-density team that values collective decision-making, rapid iteration, and shipping high-quality work.
- • Balance the need for speed with the need for quality, learning from execution and refining approaches continuously.
- • Contribute to shaping a product that brings practical AI benefits to billions of users through operational excellence and strategic execution.
