📋 Description
- • Lead strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth and enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on customer experience and geographic expansion.
- • Own and drive day-to-day operational initiatives to improve performance across functional teams and strengthen core business-as-usual (BAU) processes.
- • Build and maintain competitive intelligence capabilities to deepen market understanding and inform the development of industry-leading solutions that address customer pain points.
- • Establish and strengthen data foundations by leading projects that improve information capabilities and enable a company-wide data-driven decision-making culture.
- • Prepare and deliver clear, concise cross-functional updates to stakeholders, including project progress reports, risk assessments, and opportunity analyses.
- • Respond to ad-hoc requests across all business functions, conducting deep-dive analyses and resolving complex operational issues as they arise.
- • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategic priorities and execute on key business objectives.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where no playbook exists — proactively identifying problems and building solutions from scratch.
- • Contribute to the scaling of Kota’s global footprint by coordinating key elements of international expansion efforts.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in fast-growing startups or top-tier consulting firms or equivalent
- • Outstanding analytical skills across tools, with SQL experience preferred
- • Ability to switch contexts quickly and operate across multiple complex topics simultaneously
- • Bias for action — preference for driving initiatives to completion and delivering tangible results
- • Customer-first mindset with a focus on improving customer outcomes
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
