Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone operational workflows across finance, sales, procurement, legal, and customer support teams.
- • Design and build internal tools, automations, and lightweight services using Python, SQL, APIs, and scripting languages to replace ad hoc processes.
- • Own end-to-end development of production-quality systems including APIs, cron jobs, data pipelines, and internal dashboards from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- • Integrate disparate enterprise systems to streamline cross-functional operations and reduce dependency on administrative headcount.
- • Analyze operational data to prioritize high-leverage improvements and quantify the impact of automation initiatives.
- • Improve go-to-market operations by building tooling that connects sales, finance, and legal workflows with structured, automated processes.
- • Support contract management and procurement through automated, scalable workflows that ensure compliance and reduce manual effort.
- • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and observability across all operational systems to enable trustworthy decision-making.
- • Execute ambiguous, high-impact operational projects with minimal guidance, taking full ownership from problem identification to solution delivery.
- • Apply extreme ownership by proactively identifying broken processes and fixing them without waiting for direction, regardless of team boundaries.
- • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship by sweating details in every system built, ensuring long-term maintainability and resilience to edge cases.
- • Operate with urgency and focus, prioritizing actions that deliver the highest impact in the shortest time while avoiding chaos through disciplined alignment.
- • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions that scale with company growth.
- • Uphold the company’s operating principles of being "majos"—approachable, kind, and collaborative—while challenging assumptions and giving feedback with respect.
- • Apply first-principles thinking to rebuild processes from scratch rather than copying industry norms, enabling innovation beyond incremental improvements.
- • Contribute to a meritocratic culture where ownership, contribution, and talent density drive advancement, not titles or tenure.

- • Extreme ownership: you find problems, design solutions, and ship without being asked
