You will serve as the primary point of contact for a caseload of assigned students, offering consistent support and proactive engagement.
- • Your daily responsibilities will include addressing academic concerns, implementing social-emotional learning strategies to boost engagement and persistence, and meticulously monitoring student progress through data analysis. By identifying early indicators of struggle or disengagement, you will initiate timely interventions and collaborate with a network of support specialists, academic counselors, and teachers to ensure continuity of care and holistic student success.
- • Building and maintaining clear, timely, and accurate documentation of all student interactions, advising decisions, and follow-up actions is a critical aspect of this role, ensuring accountability and informed decision-making.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Secondary Education or a related field.
- • Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in a student-facing role at the secondary level (grades 7–12).
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate expectations and performance to families and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- • Demonstrated professional judgment and the ability to balance empathy with accountability in student-facing decisions.
- • Excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
- • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and adapt to evolving systems and new processes.

- • Competitive hourly pay range of $24.54 - $34.50, equating to an annual salary of $51,043 - $71,760 for full-time, year-round work.
