- • The Student Assistant, Quality Assurance role supports the Technology Solutions team at Foundation for California Community Colleges by ensuring the quality and reliability of systems serving California Community College students.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing test cases (manual and/or automated), documenting results, identifying and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA, collaborating with developers and product teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes, supporting test plan maintenance, participating in sprint activities (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), and contributing to regression testing and release validation.
