Student Experience Automation Manager

📋 Description

• • The Student Experience Automation Manager serves as the technical and operational subject matter expert for automation supporting student engagement, defining and maintaining structural and procedural frameworks for omni-channel automation delivery across the student lifecycle.
• • Day to day, the role involves defining operational standards and QA processes, leading design and implementation of complex data-driven automations, owning cross-system automation execution, serving as technical owner for pilot initiatives, partnering with enablement and data governance on data readiness and compliance, collaborating with analytics to refine automations, supporting cross-channel teams with QA alignment, participating in roadmap prioritization, mentoring specialists, maintaining documentation in knowledge repositories, and ensuring compliance with privacy, accessibility, and data protection standards.
