📋 Description

• • The Study Start-Up CRA / Site Activation Specialist II plays a critical role in ensuring timely and compliant site identification and activation for clinical trials, directly contributing to the acceleration of drug development and patient access to innovative therapies.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing site identification processes, negotiating confidentiality agreements (CDAs) and site information forms (SIFs), maintaining and reporting on site performance metrics, serving as the primary contact for investigative sites, tracking documentation completion, conducting qualification visits for Phase I–III studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align site activities with project goals.
