- • As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Cryptio SAS, you will own the post-onboarding success of strategic, high-ARR customers (£40k+ ARR), serving as the primary technical and operational advisor to leading stablecoin issuers, institutions, and global crypto-native organisations.
- • Day to day, you will build deep relationships with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders; lead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions; map complex fund flows to ensure Cryptio remains the central source of financial truth; advise on advanced crypto use cases including stablecoins, custody, DeFi, token operations, and treasury; partner with Account Managers to identify expansion and upsell opportunities; and act as an escalation point for complex technical and customer challenges.
- • Cryptio is the leading enterprise-grade financial data transformation and digital asset ERP platform for accounting, financial reporting, tokenization compliance, and loan management solutions, recently backed by a $45m Series B round, delivering financial integrity and accountability for businesses in crypto by transforming on-chain and off-chain activity into auditable records.
- • In this role, you will gain exposure to enterprise-scale crypto finance operations, influence Cryptio’s product roadmap through real customer insight, work directly with major players in stablecoins, DeFi, and institutional crypto, and develop strategic advisory skills in a high-trust, high-impact environment with strong internal visibility.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or similar roles
- • Strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and reporting
- • Experience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers
- • Understanding of crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows
- • Comfort working with APIs, integrations, and complex system architectures
- • Ability to communicate confidently with technical teams and senior stakeholders
