🎯 Requirements
- • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited educational program (high school, college/university, graduate, or other qualifying program)
- • Graduating students in May of the internship year are eligible to apply
- • No prior work experience required
🏖️ Benefits
- • Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $24 depending on education level and location
- • $15–$16/hr for those with up to and including a high school diploma or not yet started college
- • $18–$20/hr for currently enrolled bachelor’s degree students or those pursuing advanced degrees but not yet started
- • $22–$24/hr for those holding a bachelor’s degree and currently pursuing an advanced post-graduate degree (e.g., MS, MBA, JD)
- • Remote work opportunity with minimal travel (less than 10%)
- • Exposure to global digital experience operations within a Fortune 500 healthcare company
