📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities for assigned single-family home projects, managing the full lifecycle from mobilization to final delivery.
• Manage the simultaneous construction of up to 15 single-family homes at various stages of completion, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to project scopes.
• Conduct regular field inspections using checklists to monitor workmanship and enforce compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Execute daily field operations using Homebound’s proprietary project management software to track progress, assign tasks, and report issues in real time.
• Approve trade partner work and associated invoices based on quality standards, completeness, and alignment with contractual obligations.
• Lead the implementation and enforcement of safety protocols on all job sites, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and national building codes and permitting requirements.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical project documentation, including change orders, inspection records, and daily logs of site activity.
• Proactively identify and communicate changes to scope, plans, or specifications, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Follow established operational procedures for communication, financial tracking, and change order management to maintain project integrity.
• Coordinate and schedule all required inspections with local authorities to ensure uninterrupted schedule momentum and timely project progression.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to provide field-based feedback on trade partner performance, budget accuracy, and scheduling feasibility.
• Participate in final client walkthroughs to ensure homeowner satisfaction and obtain occupancy permits upon project completion.
• Perform additional construction-related duties as assigned to support operational efficiency and project delivery goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Superintendent in residential home construction
• Proficiency with schedule management tools such as MS Project, BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, or Procore
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google Suite
• Valid driver’s license
