📋 Description
- • Supervisor(a) de Call Center - Pesquisas Eleitorais (CATI) | Remoto: Lead a remote team of telephone researchers for an electoral research project with a client having over 40 years of experience in the market.
- • What the person will do day to day: Recruit, train, and monitor a remote team of telephone researchers; ensure productivity, quality, and engagement throughout the operation; manage operational indicators such as productivity, quality, and conversion; use remote management tools to oversee team performance.
- • About the team or company: Workana Limited is hiring for a freelance/project-based role with a client specializing in electoral research with more than 40 years of market experience; the team operates 100% remotely with a 40-hour weekly schedule.
