- • The Supervisor, DRG Revenue Integrity role at CorroHealth, Inc. is critical to ensuring accurate medical coding and compliance across the reimbursement cycle, directly supporting clients’ financial health goals through expert oversight of concurrent and retrospective audits.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising a team of auditors, assigning client work, conducting quality assurance on at least 25% of team output, providing coding education and updates, serving as a Subject Matter Expert, preparing detailed audit reports, and acting as a client liaison while ensuring 95% accuracy in all deliverables.

- • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and auditing expertise, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with CMS, AHA, AMA, AHIMA, and AAPC guidelines, and contribute to organizational success through quality assurance, client satisfaction, and team mentorship in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC credential required
- • Minimum 5 years’ experience in DRG auditing, coding, or HIM consulting
- • Previous supervisory or lead auditor experience preferred
- • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, MS-DRG, APR-DRG, and reimbursement methodologies
- • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
