📋 Description
- • Supervisor, Italian Payroll role at CloudPay Limited involves leading a team of payroll professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll services in a bureau environment, maintaining high customer satisfaction and team performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and motivating the team through one-on-ones, performance reviews, and check-ins; overseeing end-to-end payroll processing including data collection, reporting, and reconciliation; acting as a point of escalation for client queries; attending monthly client calls; and driving process improvements by reviewing inefficiencies, staying updated on legislation, and using analytics to enhance performance.

- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and stakeholder liaison
- • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and ability to collaborate positively with others
