📋 Description
- • Supervisor of Patient Engagement is a key leadership role supporting Shields Health Solutions’ Engagement Center team, responsible for leading Patient Engagement Specialists to ensure timely prior authorization and financial assistance support for patients obtaining medication.
- • Day-to-day duties include managing team performance, monitoring service level metrics, conducting audits, coordinating with hospital partners, providing coaching and professional development, overseeing ADP and PTO, managing access requests and onboarding, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive health information.

- • The role offers opportunity to develop leadership and operational management skills, influence cross-functional initiatives, lead team growth and development, and contribute to process improvements and special projects across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Registered pharmacy technician (CPhT) with state licensure
- • 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience, with preference for 3-5+ years in specialty pharmacy
- • Strongly preferred leadership experience, such as Regional Team Lead or equivalent role involving supervision or mentorship of others
