  • • Supervises and coordinates delivery workers and assists operations manager with warehouse staff activities, ensuring compliance with FDA, DOT, OSHA, and Joint Commission requirements.
  • • Oversees ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in stockroom, warehouse, or yard.
  • • Plans workday and routes for delivery drivers, prepares work schedules, expedites workflow, and drives trucks when necessary to fill service needs.
  • • Assigns duties, examines work and records for exactness and compliance, advises employees on proper handling and storage of items, and prepares composite reports from subordinate submissions.
  • • Maintains professional and courteous conduct while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • • Works directly with patients and customers, internal and external stakeholders, and other healthcare professionals via telephone or face-to-face interaction.
  • • Participates in Improvement of Operational Performance (IOP) activities and studies procedures to improve subordinate efficiency.
  • • Ensures adequate stock levels, schedules special and periodic inventories, and traces item history to resolve inventory discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High School diploma or GED
  • • Valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Report meeting Saint Francis Health System guidelines
  • • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other applicable software
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Ability to lead others and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
