📋 Description

• Supervisor, Technical Support role at Vultr, a global cloud infrastructure leader, where you will oversee Technical Support Specialists and Engineers to ensure platform reliability and exceptional customer experience.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to complex customer inquiries, owning platform-level incidents, achieving KPIs such as first response and resolution times, conducting quality ticket analysis, leading root cause investigations, coordinating with engineering and networking teams, mentoring agents, maintaining documentation, and participating in 24/7 shift coverage.
• You will join Vultr’s Technical Support team, a central pillar of customer success, supporting hundreds of thousands of customers across 185 countries with cloud compute, GPU, bare metal, and storage solutions.
• In this role, you will develop leadership and technical expertise in enterprise cloud support, drive process improvements, set diagnostic standards, and grow as a subject matter expert while contributing to a high-performing, globally distributed team.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise technical support or a similar advanced support role (3+ years) with significant leadership experience
• Strong experience working with Linux systems, including advanced use of command-line tools for troubleshooting and investigation
• Solid understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and the ability to apply them to complex, non-routine technical issues
• Experience supporting enterprise customer environments in an infrastructure-as-a-service or cloud-based context
• Excellent leadership, team motivation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with the English language
