- • Manage and enhance the performance of suppliers providing services to IONITY GmbH, ensuring alignment with company standards for quality, reliability, and sustainability.
- • Develop, implement, and monitor supplier performance improvement plans based on data-driven analysis of key performance indicators and service metrics.
- • Collect, analyze, and interpret supplier performance data to identify trends, root causes of underperformance, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- • Collaborate closely with purchasing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to align supplier expectations with internal requirements and business objectives.
- • Establish clear performance criteria, service level agreements (SLAs), and evaluation frameworks for all assigned suppliers.
- • Conduct regular supplier reviews and provide actionable feedback to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- • Prepare and present supplier performance reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and recommended actions.
- • Ensure compliance with company policies, including data protection and information security protocols, across all supplier interactions and data handling processes.
- • Work remotely from a European country while maintaining high levels of independence, time management, and proactive communication with global teams.
- • Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers, fostering collaborative relationships while maintaining firm performance expectations.
- • Contribute to the development of company-wide operational strategies by leveraging supplier performance insights to inform procurement and service delivery decisions.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of supplier agreements, performance records, and improvement initiatives in accordance with internal governance standards.
- • Identify and escalate critical supplier risks or non-compliance issues promptly, coordinating with legal and compliance teams as needed.
- • Drive initiatives that support IONITY GmbH’s commitment to sustainability and high-quality electric mobility infrastructure through supplier engagement and performance optimization.
- • Maintain a results-driven approach, prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
- • Self-motivate and deliver outcomes without direct supervision, adapting to evolving business needs and strategic priorities.
- • Participate in the design and rollout of new supplier evaluation tools, dashboards, or processes to enhance visibility and efficiency in supply chain management.
