  • • As a vital part of The Brandtech Group, you will be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to revolutionize marketing operations, enhancing efficiency, sparking creativity, and driving insightful decision-making.
  • • This role centers on the Oliver Marketing Gateway (OMG), an end-to-end marketing resource management platform designed to streamline the entire marketing communications process, from creative conception through to production, approval, and delivery.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the deployment of new OMG sites, encompassing comprehensive configuration, setup, and user training for both internal agencies and external clients.
  • • You will establish and manage brand workspaces on our advanced AI platform, acting as the primary technical point of contact for all user inquiries.
  • • A key aspect of your role involves addressing and troubleshooting technical issues, resolving incidents promptly, and delivering exceptional customer support through our Jira Support-desk.
  • • You will be the go-to expert for new OMG site implementations, guiding clients and internal teams through the entire process.
  • • This includes conducting scoping workshops and requirements gathering sessions to meticulously map the end-to-end user workflow, ensuring the platform is tailored to specific client needs.
  • • You will be responsible for the intricate configuration of OMG sites, optimizing settings for user groups, roles, asset types, and dynamic document templates to meet diverse client requirements.
  • • Developing clear and concise documentation, including setup guides and help manuals, will be crucial for the initial rollout and ongoing user enablement.
  • • You will also be involved in gathering reporting requirements, ensuring that the OMG platform provides valuable insights into marketing activities.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve planning and managing the successful rollout of new sites, which includes devising effective communication plans, delivering comprehensive user training, and creating adaptable user help guides and training materials.
  • • You will ensure a smooth and effective handover to the dedicated support team post-implementation.
  • • The role also entails conducting regular weekly refresher drop-in training sessions to continuously support and upskill users.
  • • You will be empowered with comprehensive training to gain a deep understanding of all OMG modules and our proprietary AI platform, equipping you with the knowledge to excel in your responsibilities.
