- • Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries through live chat, phone, and email support for multiple Wolt markets worldwide.
- • Resolve escalations, operational issues, and time-sensitive cases quickly and professionally during night shifts (00:00–08:00).
- • Support diverse user types and ticket flows based on business needs and queue demands across multiple countries.
- • Deliver exceptional customer experience by applying empathy, clear communication, and Wolt’s official tone of voice in all interactions.
- • Adhere strictly to internal processes, company policies, refund guidelines, escalation paths, and operational playbooks.
- • Utilize multiple digital tools simultaneously, including support platforms, communication channels, knowledge bases, and operational systems.
- • Stay current with evolving processes, market updates, training materials, and internal policy changes on an ongoing basis.
- • Work exclusively during night shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business operations.
- • Maintain high focus and attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- • Make rapid, accurate decisions under pressure while ensuring consistent service quality and compliance.
- • Operate in a fully remote setup from Serbia, using provided equipment (laptop, monitor, headset) and a reliable, distraction-free internet connection.
- • Participate in a structured 2–3-week onboarding program with e-learning and live trainer support during initial shifts.
- • Receive ongoing mentoring and guidance from Team Leads to support performance and professional growth.
- • Engage in regular training sessions, workshops, and Wolt-wide learning opportunities to enhance customer service skills.
- • Contribute to a tolerant, inclusive, and collaborative remote work culture focused on continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent in both Serbian and English (C1 level)
- • Willingness to work night shifts (00:00–08:00), including weekends and holidays
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Strong communication skills and patience
- • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with composure
- • Comfort with new software systems and quick adaptability to changes

- • Starting salary of 105,000 RSD gross plus 50% extra pay for weekends, 110% for holidays, and 26% for night hours (22:00–06:00)
