📋 Description

• Support Engineer at Unlimit Group Inc. plays a critical role in maintaining the reliability and performance of the company’s card processing and payment infrastructure, ensuring seamless financial operations for global clients.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring in-house card-processing systems, analyzing system logs and events, communicating with client support teams via Slack, escalating tickets to engineering teams, and performing routine tasks such as file exchanges and scheduled job execution, with increasing use of automation and AI tools.
• The role involves setting up test and pre-production environments using payment system emulators and supporting internal teams by processing reverse tasks, contributing to system stability and operational efficiency.
• Unlimit is a global fintech innovator building AI-native financial infrastructure to eliminate financial borders, operating across 17 offices and serving businesses with integrated payment processing, multi-currency accounts, BaaS, and crypto gateways.
• In this role, the engineer will deepen expertise in payment systems, gain hands-on experience with logging and monitoring tools, develop API troubleshooting skills, and grow into a trusted technical point of contact for both clients and internal teams, with opportunities to contribute to automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in supporting card processing systems for at least 1 year or 2 years in any payment processing systems
• Knowledge of Card Processing Operations principles, including authorization and clearing processes
• Hands-on experience with logging systems such as Splunk, CloudWatch, or DataDog
• Understanding of HTTP protocol and experience with API tools like Postman or Swagger
• Ability to write simple CRUD queries using PL/SQL
