  • • Answer inbound phone calls and SMS messages from pet parents regarding appointment bookings, rescheduling, and urgent pet grooming needs with warmth, empathy, and efficiency.
  • • Vet and confirm online appointment requests by reviewing all details to ensure compliance with Barkbus’ standards for pet safety and client experience.
  • • Proactively assist clients with rescheduling requests, finding flexible solutions that minimize hassle while maintaining high service quality.
  • • Respond to email inquiries via the info@ inbox with timely, clear, and accurate information on services, policies, and booking procedures.
  • • Serve as the primary real-time support point for Pet Stylists in the field via SMS, providing immediate assistance with scheduling conflicts, client issues, or operational needs.
  • • Accurately document every customer and stylist interaction in company systems to ensure seamless follow-up, team coordination, and service continuity.
  • • Maintain high standards of communication across all channels—phone, SMS, and email—ensuring every interaction reflects Barkbus’ commitment to care and responsiveness.
  • • Collaborate closely with grooming teams, operations, and other departments to resolve issues quickly and enhance the overall client and stylist experience.
  • • Operate in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment while managing multiple communication streams without compromising accuracy or tone.
  • • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving by identifying potential issues before they escalate and taking initiative to resolve them.
  • • Uphold organizational discipline by adhering to workflows, CRM protocols, and documentation standards to support scalable customer service operations.
  • • Contribute to a culture of empathy and collaboration by valuing every team member’s role and fostering positive relationships with clients and stylists alike.
