- • Teach Stepful’s virtual 16-week Surgical Technologist (didactic) program as a fully remote, part-time, 1099 contract instructor, delivering live, engaging instruction over Zoom four days a week to prepare students for certification and high-demand healthcare careers.
- • Conduct live virtual classes Monday through Thursday during morning or afternoon EST hours, communicate regularly with students via email and other tools, and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and academic remediation as needed.
- • Deliver clear, engaging instruction aligned to Stepful’s standardized curriculum, assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and participation, and document progress, attendance, and performance in internal systems.
- • Collaborate with the learning team to ensure alignment with program goals, offer insights to improve student experience and curriculum delivery, and support students in mastering Sterile Processing concepts across CRCST exam domains.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active Surgical Technologist Certification
- • 3+ years of experience as a certified Surgical Technologist in a clinical setting
- • Experience teaching, training, tutoring, or instructing students or staff
- • Comfortability teaching live online classes over Zoom
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to use LMS platforms and virtual teaching tools
- • Ability to follow a standardized curriculum while adapting explanations to different learning styles
