• • As SVP, Performance Creative at Monks, you will lead a team of 35+ across creative production, animation, design, strategy, and commerce content, driving creative excellence and measurable business impact for high-profile clients.
• • Day to day, you will set vision and strategy for performance creative, guide clients through evolving creative landscapes, leverage data and analytics to optimize campaigns, oversee team structure and P&L, own productization and go-to-market strategy, and serve as executive sponsor for top-tier accounts.
