📋 Description

• • As SVP, Performance Creative at Monks, you will lead a team of 35+ across creative production, animation, design, creative strategy, and commerce content, driving measurable results for high-profile clients and advancing Monks’ reputation as a pioneer in performance-driven storytelling.
• • Day to day, you will lead vision and strategy for the Performance Creative unit, guide clients through creative innovation for paid social, display, video, UGC, influencer content, and emerging platforms, leverage data and analytics to inform creative processes, advise on AI and automation integration, drive adoption of cutting-edge tools, partner with brand and growth teams on breakthrough campaigns, oversee creative resourcing and playbooks, serve as Executive Sponsor for top client accounts, own P&L and client retention, productize and price Performance Creative services, define go-to-market strategy, participate in new business pitching, and promote the offering externally.
