📋 Description
- • Support and maintain Omnidian’s global IT infrastructure as the primary point of contact for employee technical support needs.
- • Perform daily IT operations including hardware setup, configuration, and deployment for company devices across all departments.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for end-users in a timely and effective manner.
- • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systems and platforms.
- • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- • Collaborate with IT leadership on high-level infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems.
- • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies and tools into the existing IT environment.
- • Provide first-line technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other office equipment.
- • Document all support tickets, resolutions, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
- • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, repairs, and service agreements.
- • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure accurate tracking through the company’s asset management system.
- • Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including device provisioning and account deactivation.
- • Contribute to a hybrid work model by being present in the Seattle office to facilitate face-to-face collaboration with team members.
- • Stay current with emerging IT trends and best practices to improve system reliability and user experience.
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
- • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for data security and IT operations.
- • Assist in the rollout and training of new software applications and IT platforms to end-users.
- • Respond to urgent IT incidents and outages with minimal disruption to business operations.
- • Maintain a customer-centric approach to internal support, prioritizing clear communication and user satisfaction.
