📋 Description
- • Support and maintain corporate applications by resolving less complex business and technical issues escalated from Level I support.
- • Document and analyze business requirements to support application enhancements and system changes.
- • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and developers to implement application upgrades and satisfy enhancement requests.
- • Configure applications according to defined business requirements and operational needs.
- • Support and resolve incidents logged by customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- • Participate in documentation of business processes, system configurations, and technical workflows.
- • Facilitate and support unit testing and business acceptance testing for application changes.
- • Work with clients to understand current-state processes and define future-state processes aligned with business objectives.
- • Collaborate with technical teams to understand system design, functionality, and limitations of existing applications.
- • Maintain regular and reliable attendance as required for role responsibilities.
- • Demonstrate professional working behavior by building constructive relationships, communicating proactively, and engaging in collaborative problem solving.
- • Apply developing troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of system issues and recommend solutions.
- • Utilize novice-level SQL skills to query and analyze data for issue resolution and reporting.
- • Develop understanding of accounting and finance terminology and practices relevant to ERP systems.
- • Gain exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (AP, GL, FA, AR, PA, PO, iProcurement, iExpense, etc.) in Release 12.
- • Begin learning Agile methodologies and apply foundational principles in daily workflows.
- • Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication, and reporting.
- • Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, across business environments with varying levels of technical expertise.
- • Act as a self-starter with flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and project demands.
