- • As an AI Tutor - Industrial/Systems Engineering specialist at xAI Corporation, you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to create AI systems that understand the universe and support human knowledge pursuit by providing high-quality input and labels using proprietary software, directly contributing to the training and refinement of cutting-edge AI models.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include using proprietary software applications to provide accurate input and labels on defined projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality curated data, collaborating closely with technical staff to support the training of new AI tasks, interacting with engineers to improve the design of efficient annotation tools, and regularly interpreting, analyzing, and executing tasks based on evolving instructions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- • xAI operates with a flat organizational structure where all employees are expected to be hands-on, contribute directly to the mission, and demonstrate initiative and excellence; leadership emerges from consistent performance and curiosity-driven problem-solving in a small, highly motivated team focused on engineering excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • Must possess a Master’s or PhD in Industrial or Systems Engineering, or a highly-related field.
- • Proficiency in reading and writing, both in informal and professional English.
- • Strong ability to navigate various information resources, databases, and online resources.
- • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- • Solid reading comprehension skills combined with the capacity to exercise autonomous judgment even when presented with limited data or material.
- • Strong passion for and commitment to technological advancements and innovation.
