- ⢠As a Tableau Developer at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, you will own, support, and deliver high-impact dashboards with high utilization for business functions, serving as a Tableau domain expert to design and deliver complex, highly polished reporting solutions.
- ⢠Day to day, you will develop data models in Tableau and Google BigQuery, build prototypes and proofs of concept for stakeholders, translate complex data into intuitive, well-governed visualizations, and mentor other Tableau users across the enterprise while working within Agile, SCRUM, and standard SDLC frameworks.
- ⢠You will join the Tableau team at BCBST, a leading health insurance provider committed to innovation and data-driven decision-making, where your work will directly support enterprise-wide reporting needs and drive scalable, production-ready analytics solutions.
- ⢠In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise-scale Tableau development, strengthen your data governance and visualization best practices, gain experience leading projects from inception to production, and enhance your ability to communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠3 years of experience developing solutions in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server (non-admin) OR 2 years + a Salesforce Tableau Data Analyst certification
- ⢠Comfort working with complex SQL
- ⢠Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
