- • Review and evaluate AI-generated Tagalog text for linguistic accuracy, grammatical correctness, and cultural appropriateness.
- • Identify errors and inconsistencies in AI-generated responses and provide high-quality rewritten alternatives to improve language output.
- • Develop natural, contextually appropriate prompts and responses in Tagalog to enhance conversational AI datasets.
- • Collaborate with global teams to provide feedback that improves the performance and reliability of AI language models.
- • Perform structured tasks including preference ranking, grammaticality checks, text improvement, and linguistic annotation.
- • Ensure all evaluated content reflects native Tagalog usage, including regional variations, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context.
- • Maintain consistency in linguistic standards across all evaluated outputs to support scalable AI training.
- • Deliver clear, actionable, and constructive feedback on language quality to support iterative model improvements.
- • Work within defined project guidelines and quality benchmarks to meet evaluation targets and deadlines.
- • Adapt to evolving project requirements and feedback loops as AI models are refined over the 4-week engagement.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- • Communicate effectively with project leads and team members to clarify ambiguities in language usage or evaluation criteria.
- • Ensure all submissions are timely, well-documented, and aligned with project-specific linguistic protocols.
- • Contribute to the creation of benchmark datasets used to train and validate conversational AI systems in Tagalog.
- • Participate in quality assurance cycles by re-evaluating revised outputs to confirm improvements meet standards.
- • Maintain confidentiality of all project materials and data provided during the engagement.
- • Adhere to scheduled weekly commitments of approximately 20 hours with flexible timing to accommodate personal availability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong academic or professional background in linguistics
- • Native or professional proficiency in Tagalog with excellent written communication skills
- • Deep understanding of grammar, linguistic structures, and cultural nuances of Tagalog
- • Experience in language review, evaluation, or similar roles
- • Comfortable working with structured tasks such as preference ranking, prompt-response writing, grammaticality checks, and text improvement
- • Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback
