- • Review auto insurance claims to determine policy status, coverage eligibility, and claims validity in a high-volume environment
- • Conduct thorough searches across internal systems to verify whether policies are active or inactive
- • Issue denial decisions when claims are determined to be ineligible under policy terms
- • Identify potential fraud or subrogation opportunities and collaborate with assigned representatives to achieve optimal outcomes
- • Recognize and assess vehicle body parts and other potential property damage to evaluate claim accuracy
- • Apply intermediate knowledge of company-written insurance policies, industry standards, and internal organizational structures
- • Handle investigations across all aspects of auto claims including coverage verification, damage assessment, and subrogation determination
- • Exercise discretion and independence within established guidelines and increased levels of authority
- • Demonstrate sound judgment while managing multiple claims simultaneously under time-sensitive conditions
- • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and ensure accurate documentation
- • Adapt quickly to dynamic processes and evolving claim scenarios while maintaining compliance with company protocols
- • Deliver customer service by identifying and addressing customer needs within the boundaries of policy guidelines
- • Work in a structured, guideline-driven environment requiring precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- • Operate remotely with a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions and reliable internet connectivity (minimum 50 MB download / 5 MB upload)
- • Utilize company-provided technology including laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse
- • Receive monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset home internet costs

- • Experience or training in auto insurance claims review
- • Ability to interpret insurance policy language and determine coverage eligibility
- • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume claim processing
- • Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple claims under pressure
- • Sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions within established guidelines
- • Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
