- • Draft, post, and manage job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to support global recruitment efforts.
- • Screen and triage incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
- • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and timely experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- • Prepare and send offer letters and employment agreements in strict alignment with company policies and legal guidelines.
- • Conduct reference checks and background checks as required during the hiring process.
- • Maintain 100% data integrity within the Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information, workflows, and documentation are accurately updated.
- • Build, update, and maintain recruitment dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps in recruitment processes and recommending actionable solutions.
- • Ensure full compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders to align hiring priorities with business goals.
- • Support high-volume recruitment operations in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling technology environment with precision and efficiency.
- • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in scheduling, communications, and documentation.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace to produce reports, track timelines, and communicate with internal teams.
- • Support hybrid and multi-location hiring operations as the company expands its global footprint.
- • Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive candidate and employee data.
- • Leverage reporting tools to generate insights on recruitment metrics, funnel progress, and time-to-hire benchmarks.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities align with Vultr’s commitment to inclusion, privacy, and legal compliance, including adherence to U.S. privacy rules and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 1–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination
- • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (Ashby is a plus)
- • Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy
- • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling tech company
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
