- • As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role within our expanding People team, focusing on attracting and securing top-tier talent across diverse functions. This role is designed for an individual who thrives on the intricacies of recruitment, excels at engaging with people, and possesses exceptional organizational capabilities. You will be instrumental in supporting our ambitious growth plans for 2026, which include filling over 100 critical roles.
- • Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of positions, including critical roles in Technology (Engineering, Product, Data), Commercial (Sales, Customer Support, Founders Team), and Education (Teachers, Teaching Assistants). You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across our global operations, which currently span over 20 countries, to ensure the delivery of a best-in-class recruitment experience. - • Day-to-day, you will be the engine of our hiring process. This involves meticulously coordinating hiring efforts by partnering with hiring managers across all departments. Your key activities will include the proactive management of job postings, efficient applicant tracking, seamless scheduling of interviews, and maintaining clear, timely communication with candidates throughout their journey. You will also be involved in the crucial stages of CV screening and conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating all interview logistics, ensuring a consistently positive and professional candidate experience from the first touchpoint to the final decision. In specific instances, you will take the lead on sourcing and outreach initiatives for key hires, leveraging your expertise to identify and engage passive candidates who align with our strategic needs.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves contributing to the development and refinement of our recruitment processes. You will actively leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, alongside automation and AI tools, to optimize our hiring workflows and ensure we are consistently attracting and securing the best global talent. Your input will be vital in building scalable and efficient recruitment infrastructure.
- • Beyond direct recruitment activities, you will manage essential administrative tasks, including the preparation of offer paperwork, conducting necessary compliance checks, and coordinating reference checks to ensure a thorough vetting process. This comprehensive approach guarantees the integrity of our hiring decisions.
- • You will also serve as a valuable resource by providing feedback to the management team on prevailing market trends, candidate landscapes, and recruitment best practices. This insight will help influence our broader people strategy and ensure we remain competitive in the talent market.
- • During periods of lower recruitment volume, you will provide essential support to broader People Operations tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function. This cross-functional support ensures a well-rounded experience and contribution to the team.

A genuine passion for recruitment, evidenced by a proven track record of successful hiring across multiple functions, ideally including technical and commercial roles, is paramount.
