- • As Talent Acquisition Lead at SkyNRG, you play a key role in building the teams that deliver the company’s mission of advancing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and driving the energy transition. You combine strategic oversight, team management, and hands-on recruitment to align hiring with business priorities across headquarters and project organisations in Sweden.
- • Day to day, you coordinate Talent Acquisition activities across SkyNRG and its project companies (DSL and Wigeon), manage the Ashby ATS, optimise recruitment processes, use data and market insights to improve hiring decisions, and personally manage critical and senior-level vacancies to ensure quality, speed, and strong candidate experience.
- • You work within a mission-driven, innovation-focused organisation dedicated to supplying high-integrity SAF, with a collaborative culture that values expertise, growth, and sustainability, supported by an independent Sustainability Board and certifications against RSB EU RED, CORSIA, and Book & Claim standards.
- • In this role, you can develop scalable recruitment practices, influence cross-functional alignment without direct authority, deepen expertise in international talent acquisition within a scale-up environment, and contribute to a meaningful mission while growing professionally through a dedicated development budget and hybrid work flexibility.
🎯 Requirements
- • Around 7 to 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a scale-up environment
- • Experience balancing strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives with hands-on recruitment delivery
- • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring priorities
- • Proven ability to coordinate recruitment activities across multiple business units, projects, or international locations
- • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, preferably Ashby, and using recruitment data to improve hiring performance
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
