📋 Description
- • As Talent Acquisition Lead for Product and Engineering at FluidStack Inc., you will own the end-to-end hiring strategy and execution for critical technical teams, directly impacting the company’s ability to scale AI infrastructure at unprecedented speed.
- • You will lead and scale a talent acquisition operations, including forecasting headcount, designing high-velocity hiring processes, managing a team of TA Partners and Sourcers, and personally closing complex searches for engineering and product roles.
- • You will join a mission-driven team focused on building civilization-scale compute infrastructure for AI, operating with extreme ownership, first-principles thinking, and relentless velocity to outpace competitors in deploying frontier AI systems.
- • You will develop expertise in AI-driven talent acquisition, build a world-class employer brand in deep-tech markets, and shape how top engineering talent perceives and chooses FluidStack as their destination for impactful work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in engineering and product hiring within hyper-growth environments
- • Proven ability to lead a TA team while remaining hands-on in closing critical searches
- • Strong track record of distinguishing competent from exceptional candidates and maintaining high hiring standards
- • Experience using data (pipeline conversion, source quality, time-to-hire) to drive recruitment decisions and process improvements
- • Skill in giving clear, honest feedback and building trust through direct communication with teams
