  • • As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Riveron Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s workforce by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts that align with strategic business objectives and support long-term growth in a dynamic professional services environment.
  • • You will partner closely with practice leaders to forecast hiring needs, design targeted recruiting strategies, and ensure timely, high-quality hires that reflect Riveron’s commitment to diversity, excellence, and client-centric values.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading and managing senior-level and specialized searches across multiple practices, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, talent intelligence, and recruiting technologies to build robust and diverse talent pipelines.
  • • You will enhance Riveron’s employer brand and candidate experience through consistent, personalized engagement, ensuring every interaction reflects the firm’s DELTA values of Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
  • • You will oversee and optimize recruiting systems, data integrity, and reporting within platforms like Ashby and CRM tools to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
  • • You will contribute to and lead key recruiting initiatives such as interview assessment frameworks, diversity hiring programs, employer branding campaigns, and talent insights projects that strengthen Riveron’s competitive edge in the market.
  • • You will mentor, coach, and develop junior Talent Acquisition team members, fostering their professional growth through guidance, feedback, and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility.
  • • You will collaborate with HR and business partners to refine recruiting programs, ensure compliance with EEO standards, and promote an inclusive hiring process that supports Riveron’s culture of belonging and equity.
  • • You will operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach while maintaining strong communication and project management discipline.
  • • You will help sustain Riveron’s entrepreneurial and collaborative culture by bringing in talent that not only meets technical requirements but also embodies the firm’s values and contributes to team cohesion and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic, matrixed, or professional services environment.
  • • Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and deliver high-quality, diverse talent on time.
  • • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members in a talent acquisition or HR context.
  • • Strong proficiency with recruiting technologies including ATS (e.g., Ashby), CRM, LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and assessment platforms.
  • • Demonstrated success in leading complex, senior-level searches while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills with a consultative mindset.
