📋 Description

• As Talent Acquisition Manager – France, you will lead recruitment across Everfield's French portfolio companies, partnering directly with CEOs, Managing Directors, and hiring managers to attract top talent and strengthen hiring practices.
• You will own end-to-end recruitment across commercial, technical, operational, and leadership roles, build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking, leverage AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency, and analyse hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Everfield acquires, builds, and grows European software companies, supporting a growing portfolio of software businesses across Europe while preserving the expertise, culture, and customer focus that make them successful.
• You will become a trusted advisor to leaders across the portfolio, deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, bring structure to complex hiring situations, use data and AI to drive efficiency, and help portfolio companies strengthen their hiring capabilities over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technology, software, SaaS, or high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of the French talent market
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
• Ability to operate independently across multiple priorities and business environments
• A data-driven mindset with strong organisational and project management skills
• Proven experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows
• Fluency in French and English
