  • • As the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at inBeat, you will be the central nervous system of our recruitment function, ensuring seamless operations that empower our Sourcers and Talent Partners to excel in identifying and hiring top-tier talent.
  • • This pivotal role involves owning and optimizing our core recruitment systems, including Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn, and Loxo, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the reports and dashboards that inform strategic hiring decisions, providing critical insights into recruitment performance.
  • • A key responsibility will be the creation of Sourcing Strategy Workbooks, which will serve as the foundational blueprints for our talent searches, ensuring a systematic and data-driven approach.
  • • You will also coordinate the complex processes involved in making our most critical hires, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.

  • • Your day-to-day will involve meticulous Systems & Data Management, including the administration of Ashby (inBeat ATS) and Loxo (AAG CRM/ATS). This encompasses configuration, workflow setup, user permissions management, and rigorous data hygiene to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • • You will be the go-to person for first-line technical support regarding ATS/CRM issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the recruitment process.
  • • A significant part of your role will be identifying and implementing process optimizations, leveraging automation and workflow improvements to streamline operations.
  • • In Reporting & Analytics, you will build and maintain robust reports and dashboards within Ashby & Loxo, generating insights on a fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • • You will create and track key recruitment metrics, focusing on pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and overall funnel conversion rates.
  • • The insights derived from these metrics will be presented in executive dashboards, providing leadership with clear visibility into hiring progress and trends.
  • • For Sourcing Strategy Workbooks, you will develop comprehensive documents for every new role briefed into the TA team. These workbooks will detail Boolean filters, target company lists, EVP-driven messaging templates, and screening frameworks, ensuring a targeted and effective sourcing approach.
  • • You will also maintain a library of templates for recurring role types, significantly accelerating future search efforts and ensuring consistency.
  • • Interview Coordination will involve managing interview scheduling systems for high-priority roles across the entire Group of Companies.
  • • This includes navigating complex systems for multi-stakeholder panels, aligning calendars, and ensuring timely and professional candidate communications.
  • • You will meticulously track interview completion and ensure that feedback data from interviewers is effectively captured and utilized for continuous process improvement.
  • • In Communication & Documentation, you will set up and maintain essential Slack channels for hiring managers, interviewers, and stakeholders involved in active searches, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
  • • You will ensure our Vacancy Tracker and Job Description folders in Notion are consistently updated and 100% accurate.
  • • A core function will be to create, document, and implement new processes, thereby maintaining and expanding the TA team's knowledge base.
  • • Employer Branding Support will involve collaborating with the Head of Talent on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • • You will assist with content for the careers page, social media updates, and various recruitment campaigns.
  • • Additionally, you will coordinate the logistics for employer brand events and gather necessary brand assets to support these efforts.
