- • As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our next phase of expansion, focusing on attracting and securing top-tier talent, particularly within the technology domain, while also contributing to broader business hiring needs. - • You will become an integral part of our People and Culture team, collaborating closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and reporting directly to the Director of People. This hybrid role is based at our vibrant Amsterdam headquarters, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- • **Key Responsibilities:**
- • **Strategic Hiring Partnerships:** Forge strong alliances with hiring managers to meticulously define hiring objectives and translate these into highly effective, targeted sourcing strategies. Understand the unique needs of each department and proactively identify the ideal candidate profiles.
- • **Proactive Candidate Engagement:** Actively seek out and engage with exceptional, high-caliber candidates through a diverse array of channels, including professional networks, industry events, and innovative sourcing techniques. Your goal is to build a robust pipeline of potential hires before specific needs arise.
- • **Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:** Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle with meticulous attention to detail, from initial job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure a seamless, positive, and professional experience for every candidate, regardless of the outcome.
- • **Talent Pipeline Development:** Cultivate and nurture dynamic talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring requirements. This includes a strategic focus on attracting world-class technical talent, ensuring we have a ready pool of qualified individuals for critical roles.
- • **Employer Branding Collaboration:** Partner closely with the Marketing team to enhance and amplify our employer brand. Develop compelling narratives and content that showcase the unique culture, mission, and opportunities at myTomorrows, making us an employer of choice.
- • **Data-Driven Recruitment:** Leverage data analytics to meticulously track recruitment performance, generate insightful reports on key hiring metrics, and continuously identify opportunities to optimize and refine our recruitment processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- • **Industry Trend Integration:** Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, particularly in the rapidly evolving fields of AI and technology recruitment. Bring innovative ideas and best practices to the table to enhance our talent attraction and assessment methodologies.
