📋 Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Airwallex, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s global workforce by leading full-cycle recruitment for key Business and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building the future of global payments and finance.
• You will partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, design data-driven sourcing strategies, lead candidate assessments, manage offer negotiations, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while continuously improving recruiting processes.
• You will join Airwallex’s People & Talent team, a global group dedicated to attracting and developing top talent across 26 offices, fostering an inclusive, innovative culture that supports the company’s rapid growth and valuation of US$8 billion.
• In this role, you will sharpen your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder influence, data-informed decision-making, and employer branding, while gaining exposure to high-impact hiring across Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing functions in a fast-paced, founder-led tech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for GTM and Business functions in a tech startup environment
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Strong command of recruiting data and analytics to guide decisions and optimize processes
• Track record of building innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies
• High sense of urgency with a consistent record of delivering in fast-moving environments
• Clear, confident communicator — written, verbal, and in data presentations
• Skilled at navigating complex offer negotiations and candidate scenarios
• Adaptable and resourceful when managing competing priorities
