- • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, managing all stages from job posting and sourcing through candidate selection and offer delivery
- • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders through structured intake meetings and ongoing consultation to translate hiring needs into effective recruitment strategies
- • Manage recruiting funnels and pipelines to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidate slates that meet class hiring deadlines
- • Guide hiring managers and interview teams on best practices for screening, selection, and decision-making to improve hiring quality
- • Negotiate job offers within established compensation guidelines and coordinate required internal approvals
- • Deliver a transparent, respectful, and human-centered candidate experience at every touchpoint in the recruitment journey
- • Maintain accurate, compliant data and strong requisition hygiene within recruiting systems to ensure audit readiness and process integrity
- • Support team-wide hiring initiatives by stepping in to assist with sourcing and pipeline development during peak hiring periods
- • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure hiring and onboarding processes are aligned, efficient, and compliant with company policies
- • Utilize recruiting metrics, workforce data, dashboards, and labor market trends to drive data-informed decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement
- • Analyze recruitment data using Excel tools including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting functions to generate actionable insights
- • Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reporting meetings with internal stakeholders on hiring progress and pipeline health
- • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the talent acquisition process
- • Serve as an ambassador for Assurant’s employment brand by promoting transparency, respect, and clear communication in all candidate interactions
- • Balance speed and quality in hiring outcomes while maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards
- • Proactively develop and nurture talent pipelines to support future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles
- • Operate effectively in dynamic, matrixed environments with competing priorities and evolving business demands
- • Interpret funnel data and recruiting metrics to inform strategic adjustments and improve overall hiring effectiveness
