📋 Description

• Talent Acquisition Partner role at Olix USA Inc. focused on driving hiring during a critical growth period for the company’s AI infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical leadership, operations, and commercial roles, including sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and process improvement.
• Join a mission-driven team building the OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1), a next-generation chip designed to address the AI infrastructure gap through rack-scale co-design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics, and interconnect.
• Develop expertise in employer branding, recruiting systems, DEI tracking, and scalable hiring processes while working across global offices in London, Bristol, Toronto, or Austin.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least half in-house at a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record of hiring top technical talent, including ML engineers, systems architects, or digital designers.
• Strong sourcing instincts and creative approach to engaging hard-to-reach candidates.
• Ability to partner confidently with senior stakeholders, including saying “no” when necessary and backing decisions with data or insight.
• Highly organised, responsive, and rigorous in managing recruitment processes without dropping the ball.
• Passion for candidate experience and building a scalable, values-driven hiring culture.
