- • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop strategic hiring plans aligned with corporate and commercial business priorities.
- • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, influencing hiring decisions through market intelligence, workforce insights, and consultative guidance.
- • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate-level roles, transitioning from transactional recruiting to strategic talent acquisition.
- • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to create and maintain pipelines for critical open roles across the organization.
- • Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive positioning to guide hiring strategy and workforce planning.
- • Design and implement competency-based assessments and structured interview processes to ensure high-quality, calibrated talent recommendations.
- • Engage and nurture both active and passive candidates using a consistent, employer-brand-driven narrative to enhance candidate experience.
- • Utilize Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other market intelligence platforms to inform sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment outcomes.
- • Leverage data to analyze sourcing channel effectiveness, improve conversion rates, and enhance decision-making across the talent acquisition process.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities align with diversity, quality, and speed objectives while maintaining compliance with employment regulations.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent communities and external networks to support future hiring needs.
- • Identify and lead initiatives that improve process efficiency, stakeholder experience, and overall hiring outcomes.
- • Collaborate with Compensation, People & Culture Operations, and cross-functional business teams to ensure alignment on talent strategy and hiring practices.
- • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition team projects and initiatives focused on capability building and process innovation.
- • Influence hiring decisions without direct authority by building trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- • Navigate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure to drive consensus and execution across multiple functions.
- • Travel up to 10% to support hiring activities, networking events, and stakeholder engagements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- • Proven ability to operate as a consultative talent advisor to business leaders
