📋 Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Airwallex, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s global workforce by leading full-cycle recruitment for key Business and GTM functions including Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. Your work directly impacts Airwallex’s ability to attract top-tier talent and sustain its rapid growth as a leader in global payments and financial technology.
• Day to day, you will partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, design and execute data-driven sourcing strategies, lead candidate assessments, manage offer negotiations end-to-end, track and analyze recruiting metrics, and continuously improve hiring workflows to ensure speed, quality, and compliance while championing the employer brand in competitive markets.
• You will join Airwallex’s People & Talent team, a global group of over 2,200 innovators across 26 offices, dedicated to building an inclusive, high-performance culture through strategic HR initiatives and a deep understanding of employee needs. The team fosters collaboration, innovation, and ownership in support of Airwallex’s mission to build the future of global banking.
• In this role, you will sharpen your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making.
