📋 Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, operational growth roles.
• You’ll partner with hiring managers to identify needs, build pipelines, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Given our hyper-growth environment, we’re looking for someone with experience recruiting at fast-paced, high-growth tech companies, capable of sourcing top talent in a competitive market.
• You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping and proactive sourcing to pipeline management, candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and pre-boarding administration and background checks for Canadian and US roles.
• You will partner with department heads across engineering, product, marketing, and sales to define talent needs and design sourcing strategies.
• You will proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, industry networks, and other relevant channels.
• You will ensure excellent candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• You will build a strong and diverse talent pipeline to meet Bankjoy’s immediate and future hiring needs.
• You will work closely with leadership to drive recruitment efforts and meet aggressive hiring targets in a hyper-growth environment.
• You will maintain recruiting metrics and deliver progress reports to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical and growth roles.
• Proven track record of success recruiting in hyper-growth tech companies.
• Experience working in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies for engineering, product, marketing, and sales roles.
