  • • Own the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple functions and seniority levels, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate closing
  • • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across key business areas such as GTM and Tech through proactive outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement
  • • Conduct market research and talent mapping to support future hiring needs and inform workforce planning
  • • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and align on hiring strategies and compensation expectations
  • • Advise stakeholders on market conditions, candidate availability, and competitive hiring trends to ensure informed decision-making
  • • Improve and standardize interview frameworks, scorecards, and assessment tools to ensure objectivity, consistency, and alignment with role requirements
  • • Support hiring managers in developing stronger interviewing and evaluation skills to maintain a high hiring bar across the organization
  • • Optimize and scale recruitment infrastructure using Ashby ATS, ensuring accurate data tracking, pipeline visibility, and reporting
  • • Identify and implement automation opportunities and scalable workflows to improve efficiency for recruiters and hiring managers
  • • Help shape and amplify Light’s employer brand through careers content, candidate communications, and market representation
  • • Gather and act on candidate feedback to continuously enhance the end-to-end candidate experience
  • • Act as an ambassador for Light throughout the recruitment process, representing company values and ambitions to candidates
  • • Contribute to hiring forecasts and headcount planning by providing data-driven insights on hiring performance, pipeline health, and recruitment effectiveness
  • • Support leadership in making strategic talent decisions by delivering regular reporting on recruitment metrics and talent market insights
  • • Ensure all hiring processes are structured, efficient, and consistently executed as the company scales from 90+ to 130+ employees
  • • Maintain accurate hiring data and reporting systems to enable transparency and accountability across the talent acquisition function
  • • Develop creative strategies to attract exceptional talent in competitive markets, particularly within high-growth SaaS environments
  • • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to strengthen Light’s appeal to top-tier candidates globally
  • • Drive consistency in hiring practices across geographies as the company expands into London and New York

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both
  • • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently
  • • Experience hiring across multiple functions including Tech and GTM in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startups
  • • Experience using Ashby ATS and other modern TA tooling
  • • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
  • • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
