  • • As the Talent Acquisition & Performance Manager at WatchGuard Technologies, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce and driving employee success across the Americas. This pivotal role sits within our dynamic global Human Resources team, offering a unique opportunity to blend strategic talent acquisition with robust operational HR support. You will be the go-to partner for employees and managers, ensuring the seamless delivery and impactful execution of critical global HR programs.
  • • Your primary focus will be on leading and optimizing our talent acquisition strategies. This involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and leverage various channels to build a strong talent pipeline. This includes developing employer branding initiatives to make WatchGuard an employer of choice.
  • • Beyond recruitment, you will be a key driver of our performance management initiatives. This entails managing the performance review process, ensuring its fairness, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. You will work to develop and implement performance improvement plans, provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues, and foster a culture of continuous feedback and development. Your efforts will directly contribute to employee growth and overall organizational productivity.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a significant role in our training and development programs. This involves identifying learning needs across the Americas workforce, coordinating the delivery of training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. You will help curate and implement learning opportunities that support employee career progression and align with WatchGuard's strategic objectives. This could range from onboarding programs to leadership development initiatives.
  • • You will provide essential operational HR support, acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related queries. This includes advising on HR policies and procedures, assisting with employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in the Americas region. Your proactive approach will help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • • This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be expected to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of programs, and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements. This analytical approach will be crucial in refining our talent acquisition and performance management strategies.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the global HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of HR programs across different regions, while also adapting them to meet the specific needs of the Americas workforce. This includes contributing to the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and policies.
  • • The Talent Acquisition & Performance Manager will be responsible for managing HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • • You will champion WatchGuard's culture and values, ensuring they are reflected in all HR practices and employee interactions. Building strong relationships across all levels of the organization will be key to your success in this role.
  • • This is an in-office position based in Miami, FL, offering a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a growing technology company and make a tangible impact on its most valuable asset: its people. You will report directly to the VP of Human Resources, gaining valuable mentorship and exposure to senior leadership.
