  • • The Talent Acquisition Recruiter manages a full-cycle recruitment process that delivers high-quality candidates and supports a positive, engaging experience from initial outreach through onboarding, playing a critical role in building Ingenovis Health’s workforce.
  • • Day to day, the role involves managing end-to-end hiring including job postings, applicant review, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding support; sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social media; screening resumes and conducting assessments; maintaining candidate relationships; and ensuring accurate ATS records while using reporting tools to track goals and support workforce planning.
  • • The Talent Acquisition team partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, build pipelines, and drive strategic workforce planning, operating within Ingenovis Health, Inc., a healthcare staffing organization committed to diversity, inclusion, and exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • • In this role, the recruiter will develop expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, candidate experience optimization, ATS management, and data-driven talent acquisition, while building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to organizational hiring goals and diversity initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • • 1–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • • Familiarity with CRM or candidate engagement tools, email/mobile campaigning software, and LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • • Effective negotiation abilities and confidence facilitating discussions with candidates and hiring managers
  • • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • • Workday experience preferred
