- • As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at iRhythm Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cardiac health by identifying and attracting top-tier talent to support the company’s mission of improving lives through innovative digital healthcare solutions. Your work directly enables iRhythm to build high-performing teams that develop and deliver life-changing cardiac monitoring technologies like the Zio patch, ensuring that the company can continue to scale its impact globally.
- • You will partner closely with recruiting teams and business leaders to design and execute proactive sourcing strategies that build diverse, inclusive, and robust talent pipelines for critical roles across the organization. This includes leveraging a wide array of sourcing channels—such as LinkedIn, Gem, Boolean search techniques, social media, niche job boards, professional associations, university alumni networks, and industry events—to identify, engage, and nurture passive and active candidates who align with iRhythm’s values and technical needs.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting deep market and competitive intelligence research to understand talent landscapes, tracking and analyzing sourcing metrics (including conversion rates, time-to-fill, and pipeline health), and regularly sharing insights with stakeholders to optimize recruitment efforts. You will also provide interview coordination support to hiring managers when needed, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- • You will develop a strong understanding of iRhythm’s products, technology, market positioning, and employer value proposition to effectively communicate the company’s mission and culture to potential candidates, particularly those in specialized fields such as biomedical engineering, data science, software development, and clinical operations.
- • Beyond core sourcing duties, you will uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions, representing iRhythm as a trusted and ethical employer while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs through additional duties as assigned by leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools.
- • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean search strings, and other sourcing platforms; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking, interpreting, and presenting recruitment metrics and pipeline data to stakeholders.
- • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles and a commitment to building inclusive talent pipelines.
- • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product and industry information to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
