  • • Support end-to-end recruiting activities including scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and coordinating hiring logistics across multiple teams
  • • Screen resumes and applications using job boards, professional networks, and internal databases to identify qualified candidates
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in applicant tracking systems and ensure consistent communication with hiring stakeholders
  • • Assist in organizing and executing hiring events, assessment centers, and onboarding procedures for new hires
  • • Prepare and distribute recruiting reports and dashboards to track pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness
  • • Provide operational support throughout all stages of the hiring process, including candidate communication, interview feedback collection, and offer coordination
  • • Utilize professional platforms and sourcing tools to proactively identify passive and active talent pools aligned with open roles
  • • Ensure compliance with internal hiring protocols and local labor regulations during all recruitment activities
  • • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing and screening strategies
  • • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting equitable hiring practices and tracking candidate demographics as required
  • • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of AI-driven recruitment tools used for screening and scheduling, ensuring human oversight at all decision points
  • • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of candidate information in alignment with Corpay’s Candidate Privacy Notice and global data protection standards
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks and recommending operational enhancements
  • • Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of pre-employment screening requirements including background checks, identity verification, and sanctions screening
  • • Adhere to Corpay’s policy prohibiting unsolicited agency submissions and ensuring all candidate sourcing is conducted internally or through approved channels
