- • You will support end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles.
- • This is a hands-on, execution-focused role.
- • You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately.
- • You will source candidates through a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
- • You will screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication.
- • You will coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
- • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
- • You will support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
- • You will help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles.
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.
- • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
